Great idea - BUT

I bought several different bracelets from 4Ocean. Unfortunately, one broke, which was nicely replaced without any problems .. The new one then broke again, and agin in the knot-lock. And their Customer Support was not very helpful, and because it has now been over 12 months, it's just a shame they say, and adds that instead they could offer a free-shipping on a new order if I wanted to replace it.
Maybe you should focus on making some bracelets that last longer than 12 months .. At least I do not support you anymore.
