I support this effort to clean out oceans

I support this effort to clean the Ocean. I don’t want the products, I just want to support your goodness in helping to clean up our mess. I am a recycling fanatic and then I realized some of what I recycle winds up in the dump. So now I’m trying not to by plastic at all. It’s hard since everything comes in plastic. Anyways, congrats on your 15th million tons. May God bless your endeavors.

They seem nice, will know in June on the Beach.

I read the reviews and liked the fact of what the organization stood for. I could have purchased almost same idea from another competitor for a few dollars less. I felt supporting there goal was important enough to pay a few bucks more. I am "assuming" they are legit. I only see ocean every couple years. Anyway, they definitely light weight. I was nervous at age 50 when I set up at home to try out, you want to use arm rest to hold self getting up and down. Found out quickly that not greatest idea, it lifts and then reclines while attempting to lower self to the chair height. Just be careful, I was able to adjust how I was getting down lower without falling onto or over. It's a learning process. Hopefully in sand easier not harder. LOL.
What I didn't like was that I ordered on a Sunday afternoon. Assuming would be filled Monday or Tuesday. Shipped maybe by Wednesday. If you read there fulfillment and shipping stuff. I was charged on Credit Card by Tues. Not a hold. Fully paid.( Pay Pal/ Discover) Yet order wasn't even processed. I starting emailing asking about. After 2 emails that same week. They made a Fed Ex label Friday. Great a tracking number. Yet not picked up or shipped. I then Sent another 2 emails following over that weekend and following early week. They replied quickly within 24-48 hrs. of any emails I sent. That was the only reason I didn't call Pay Pal and Discover and dispute and cancel the order. I never had a charge be processed fully without a shipment in motion. The chairs finally got shipped Wednesday, and tracked, and received on Saturday. I just wandered if wasn't cause I kept emailing. That I finally got the ball moving. I won't use till June, I wasn't trying to be impatient, but when you hit my card and fully get paid I expect to see movement on a purchase. So just watch between ordering and charges, that you get your shipment within a reasonable time frame. It will set off alarms whether its's legit or not. I am glad that I made purchase again for the whole save Ocean part. Not a negative review, just a cautious one. I would have given 4 stars if I hadn't felt like I had to babysit the situation through everything. Maybe they need to work out shipping dept. issues? Thanks. See how they work in June.

Frames are a joke

I only wish I had read other reviews about this product. The plastic frames are a joke. almost impossible to attach to the mask and it leaves gaps, so this mask does not fit close to the face defeating the purpose to protect from virus.

My name is Mary Gasparine, I purchased a box of 12 bracelets for my grandchildren, they loved them. However, one of the bracelet has frayed. Can you let me know how to replace the bracelet. Her bracelet is blue/light blue braid holding the beads together.

I've purchased nothing so far

I've purchased nothing so far; my review is with some of the hysterics of unhappy customers. It's a shame that one feels their dissatisfaction is worthy of throwing out whatever accusation suits them, regardless of the truth.
While bad reviews are often justified, I've read many that aren't. That's not a review, that's a tantrum.

It applies to any review about anything.
Learn to pick your fights.

Buyer Beware

I bought the masks. Unfortunately after wearing one at work for the day, my face became itchy and swelled. All around the area where the masks sits on my face. Very uncomfortable and very painful. I won't be wearing them again.

4 ocean took care of a previous issue I had with the delivery of my masks right away. I am happy with their response.

Great idea - BUT

I bought several different bracelets from 4Ocean. Unfortunately, one broke, which was nicely replaced without any problems .. The new one then broke again, and agin in the knot-lock. And their Customer Support was not very helpful, and because it has now been over 12 months, it's just a shame they say, and adds that instead they could offer a free-shipping on a new order if I wanted to replace it.
Maybe you should focus on making some bracelets that last longer than 12 months .. At least I do not support you anymore.

Update on not so great customer service post

Update: Very shortly after posting this-which was initially a customer service complaint, I was contacted by 4Oceans and everything was taken care of by them
...very impressively I might add. They don't seem like such a big faceless company afterall...they turned out to have OUTSTANDING customer service. They care. Thank you.

Great customer service

My order to the UK from the US incurred an unexpected customs charge. I notified the customer support team of this for info - I didn't expect a refund - however they have refunded the cost in full. First class customer service from a company with a really important mission.

GOOD STUUF

I ordered the yeti rambler white cup, stickers, and bracelet and they threw in 4 more stickers. I work in piping construction industrial also have lawn care on the side this is the toughest bracelet ever. I hit it hang and wet it; no problem and the stickers were fine, also love the white 4 ocean yeti which speaks for itself awsome products.
